Chlo exhibition coming to London as the brand loved by the likes of Kirsten Dunst and Olivia Palermo celebrates 60 ...

Its designs have graced the wardrobes of the rich and famous for over six decades and now, to celebrate 60 years at the top, an exhibition dedicated to Chlo is coming to Selfridges.

The iconic London store will host an installation next month as part of the French fashion house's anniversary celebrations, which will feature a series of vintage pieces from the Chlo archives and videos of the label's most memorable fashion shows.

From 1 March to 31 March the Concept Store on the ground floor will be transformed and, as well as the installation, the label has reissued 16 key pieces from its past as part of its commemorative Edition Anniversaire collection.

The collections includes pieces by Karl Lagerfeld, Pheobe Philo, Hannah MacGibbon and its founder Gaby Aghion - and all of the items will be available to buy.

The project - which has been curated by Judith Clark - will also coincide with Chlo-dedicated Oxford Street window displays.

A similar exhibition, Chlo.Attitudes, was held in Paris last year, at the start of its 60th celebrations.

Aghion founded Chloe in 1952 and its current creative director is Clare Waight Keller, who followed in the footsteps of the likes of Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney and Pheobe Philo.

Famous fans of the brand include Olivia Palermo Victoria Beckham, Natalie Portman, Kirsten Dunst and Kate Bosworth.
