Kirsten Dunst for out-of-love role

Kirsten Dunst is to star in the film Two Faces Of January, according to reports.

Variety said that the actress, as well as Viggo Mortensen and Oscar Isaac, had signed up for the movie, initially set in Athens.

The film is the story of a conman (Viggo) who kills a Greek policeman, possibly by accident.

His wife (Kirsten) and a US tutor (Oscar) try to help him, fleeing to the Greek Islands and then Istanbul.

The film will be the directorial debut of Drive writer Hossein Amini, who also penned the movie.

He told Variety that the movie was the "story about love dying: What it's like to fall out of love with someone you still feel a certain loyalty to."

The film will be co-produced by Working Title, who recently made Tinker, Tailor, Soldier Spy.
