Kirsten paired her leather Emilio Pucci LBD with smoky eye makeup and a satin ribbon hairband. Her hair had a voluminous tease at the crown and tucked-in bangs giving a nod to the '60s. On the other hand, Elle wore a modern middle part with a Jennifer Behr Delicate Vine Circlet (approximately $485) for an enchanting look. And thanks to that lace edging, we are treated to even more of the On the Road star's legs. Then there's the shape: Super tight. The three quarters sleeves add a touch of sophistication, but the racy cut hugs her body just right. And finally, the fabric: Super see-through. Peeps of bra and skin galore are on showcase through the swirling pattern on the designer little black dress. The question is whether or not three really is a charm with this look. Charlize Theron donned a black jumpsuit to link up with Leonardo DiCaprio at last night's GLADD Awards in LA. They were accompanied by host of the festivities, Drew Barrymore , who brought her husband, Will Kopelman, along. Kirsten Dunst , Elle Fanning and more enjoyed the night out, which supports LGBT equality. Also on hand was Jennifer Lawrence, who debuted a new short hair 'do . Jennifer buddied up with her Silver Linings Playbook producer up with Harvey Weinstein on stage at one point too. Charlize also had fun backstage with special honouree of the evening, Bill Clinton, who was presented with the advocate of change award by surprise guest, Chelsea Clinton. Kelly Rowland and Darren Criss completed the star-studded festivities with live performances on stage.
