It seems Kirsten Dunst and Elle Fanning had the same idea at the GLAAD Media Awards on the weekend it's all about a blonde in a headband. Kirsten paired her leather Emilio Pucci LBD with smoky eye makeup and a satin ribbon hairband. Her hair had a voluminous tease at the crown and tucked-in bangs giving a nod to the '60s. On the other hand, Elle wore a modern middle part with a Jennifer Behr Delicate Vine Circlet (approximately $485) for an enchanting look.
