Hair Trend Alert! Kirsten Dunst, Alexa Chung And Keira Knightley Wear Floral Headbands

Pixie Lott wore a yellow rose headband last night to the WSGN Global Fashion Awards in London, meanwhile down under Delta Goodren wore a pink and white band to the races in Melbourne. Pixie gets top marks for achieving more volume of flowers than hair.

The inspiration? Think 90s Drew Barrymore flower hippie meets Coachella meets hipster wedding hair. The look may be a liiiiiitle bit bridal, but it's feminine, fun and eye-catching so we LOVE.

Need proof that the fash pack are going crazy for garlands? Look no further than the Anna Sui FROW which was more Secret Garden Party than NYFW, as Alexa and the gang ditched classic NY blow drys for tousled locks and flower bands.

The look has gone from Coachella to the catwalk, as the Dolce & Gabbana A/W 2012 collection had plenty of oh-so-pretty floral headbands. Kirtsten Dunst wore her Dolce band with a twisting up do to Cannes.

There have been a rainbow of floral bands on the red carpet, as Keira Knightley went for a red, Ri Ri went for pink and Peaches Geldof went for white. Never one to be outdone, the biggest volume of flowers goes to Gaga who wore an actual bouquet on her head to LFW in a Philip Treacy floral helmet.
