Kirsten Dunst gets temporary restraining order against alleged stalker

A Los Angeles judge issued a temporary restraining order against a Frenchman actress Kirsten Dunst says has been stalking her.

Jean Christophe Prudhon, 51, was ordered Friday to stay away from the 29-year-old actress after he allegedly called and wrote to her countless times, and even made five trips to the United States in hopes of seeing her.

Court documents contend Prudhon admitted staking out Dunst's home at least 10 times and once confronting the actress' mother on her doorstep, TMZ.com reported.

Prudhon was ordered to stay at least 100 yards from both Dunst and her mom. A hearing will be held Dec. 21 to determine whether the restraining order will be extended.
